A luxurious mouse settlement nestled on a forgotten plank of an old artist’s atelier...

This is a Mausritter supplement that contains a mouse settlement called the Capital of Colour. Here, mice live lavishly off the luxurious goods found in an old artist's atelier, and pride themselves on their style. An adventuring party can come here to relax in the spa and enjoy the art, or might opt to make a ton of pips by doing mercenary work for the rich residents of the Capital.

While the art in the pdf lacks the colour that the settlement title promises, we're confident that a game master can effortlessly add this in their storytelling.
